Finn has been my best friend since the age of 9, a professional chef since he was 16, and for 4 glorious months in 2013, my business partner under the name Urban Picnic – the make-all-the-mistakes-and-get-out-before-they-find-the-bodies precursor to Smoke and Thyme. While I’m in New Orleans, Finn is going to be the Guest Chef at my Supper Clubs so that Smoke and Thyme can “continue” to “run smoothly” in my absence. Read More…


Booking :
To book your place on an upcoming pay-what-you-want supper club, please fill out the contact form on the contact page or email smokeandthyme@gmail.com. Please specify the date, number of guests and any dietary requirements and I will get back to you to confirm if we have space on your chosen supper club. Upcoming menus are not being released for the current run of PWYW Supper Clubs – expect a surprise

My new Ferry Road location has roughly half the seats that Restore’s cafe did. I am able to run more dates and put on extra ones as demand requires, however given the overwhelming amount of interest in the supper club dates at Restore, with some events being fully booked up over two months in advance, I am continuing to advise people to please book sooner rather than later if you’d like to come.
