Smoke and Thyme always seeks to make accommodations for dietary requirements wherever possible. Given sufficient notice, it is almost always possible for me to either tweak my menu or come up with an alternative dish.
If there’s anything that you don’t eat (no matter what the reason), please let me know at the time of booking. If you are not sure whether your dietary requirement can be accommodated, please ask.
I love the challenge of coming up with alternative recipes and take my ability to do so as a point of pride. I never simply leave off an element of a plate without substituting it for something else, and only when an element absolutely integral do I offer a completely different dish.
Obviously, without dedicated facilities the risk of cross-contamination is always present to some degree, and while I take every precaution possible, it would be irresponsible and unethical of me to make any guarantee. My kitchen uses nuts, wheat products, shellfish, alcohol, treyf/haram ingredients, dairy and eggs, and I can only take the appropriate precautions if I am informed of your party’s allergies and intolerances at the time of booking.
