A Supper Club is essentially a cross between a restaurant and a dinner party. At Smoke and Thyme, this usually means a set menu of new dishes that Chef Jack Greenall has created and wants to test out on people.
Guests have the opportunity meet and eat with people who they may not know, to give feedback on the food and to pay whatever they feel the night is worth. There’s usually plenty of time at the end of the night to talk to chef and ask questions.
Rumours of vigorous drinking have been excessively denied by the management.
